Bodybuilding Your Whey Protein Concentrate WIth My Creatine
Does that sound mad? I am talking about the title? Don’t you feel sometimes that there are so many supplements that you do not know what to take! I mean, I have been training for over 15 years and even I get confuzzled nowadays! I pick up a magazine [fitness] and all I see it fit bodz and lots of supplement advertisements. Strangely – I haven’t YET put on 10 pounds in 5 days with Super Duper Protein Creatine.
Well, that was just a simple example, albeit overexaggerated as to the state of the supplement industry. See, a lot of companies happen to be getting away with lots of lies and rubbish in terms of what their products can do and the only loser in doing so has been YOU. Why? As it is YOUR hard money that is being spent.
So what do you do? I mean who do you trust? Well, forums are a good start. Feedback on products online can be good, but there are some warnings. I have a tendency to look at ebay and amazon when it comes to supplement feedback as many do mention product taste etc.
Supplements like Protein and Creatine are without a doubt THE most popular in the industry. You will not find a single page which does not sell these supplements in some variation or another. Some are a little generous with the marketing nonsense whilst others can be very honest. So what else should you add? Well, to be honest structure your main diet around good solid nutritious foods! Ensure that you take good fats with plenty of omega 3 and 6’s and have a variety of protein sources from lentils, to beef and even eggs and chicken. They all have a varied profile of protein and proteins and hence have there benefits.
